GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — This week’s featured adoptable pets from the Kent County Shelter are two adorable dogs waiting for their forever homes.
Edgar is a 5-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier. The shelter said that he is very social, relaxed, and friendly dog that came to the shelter as a stray. His owners were unable to be located and he has been put up for adoption.
The shelter said that he is heartworm positive, which is not contagious for other dogs. The shelter will cover the treatment for Edgar.
West is a 4-year-old American Staffordshire Terrier that is "as cool as a cucumber," the shelter said. He enjoys car rides, going for walks and taking in the scenery. This gentleman is currently living with a foster family but is ready to find a family to call his own.
