GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — If you’re looking for an affectionate dog, this week’s pets of the week would be a great addition to your home.
First, meet Bella. She’s a 1-year-old American Staffordshire terrier mix who came to the Kent County Animal Shelter as a stray. Bella is a little nervous around strangers and toys so she needs a family who can teach her that the world is not as scary as she thinks. Bella is extremely sweet and affectionate once she warms up to you.
Next is Snoopy, a mixed breed whose owner just couldn’t keep him any longer and needs a new home. He’s 7 years old. Shelter workers say he’s very well-behaved, energetic and friendly — a dog you can take anywhere.
Both dogs will have all the necessary vaccinations and be spayed and neutered upon adoption.
