GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Christmas is two weeks away, and the Kent County Animal Shelter has several pets that you can get for a loved one or yourself. It’s Pet Day, and that means it’s time to introduce you to this week’s Pets of the Week! These animals are up for adoption at the Kent County Animal Shelter.
First, meet Harley and Riley, a dynamic duo of sisters who are a true example of love. They love to do everything together, and are very affectionate and outgoing with new people. These two dogs are very close, so the Kent County Animal Shelter hopes to have them be adopted together. They will be spayed, microchipped and licensed upon adoption.
Next, meet Sherbet, a kitten who is now big enough to go to her forever home. She will be spayed, microchipped and vaccinated upon adoption. Sherbet would love to be a part of your home!
If you would like to give Harley and Riley or Sherbet a forever home, contact the Kent County Animal Shelter at 616.632.7300.
Also, remember the Bissell Pet Foundation is covering the cost of adoptions at the Kent County Animal Shelter through the end of 2015.
