GRAND RAPIDS, Mich. (WOOD) — Meet Cecil, this week’s featured pet of the week from the Kent County Animal Shelter!
Cecil is a very well-behaved dog with excellent manners. He is very friendly and loves hugs – something not all dogs like.
Before he is adopted, KCAS will neuter him as well as give him a microchip and vaccinations.
